- Before you apply, make sure that you meet all the requirements mentioned by the nominating institution.
- Also, if you do not meet all the eligibility criteria, you will not be accepted.
- And you must not hold Fellowship or Ph.D. level scholarship from SSHRC, CIHR or NSERC to complete or undertake Ph.D. program elsewhere
- Furthermore, you must have an outstanding educational record.
- Also, must have acceptance letter. Or invitation letter. And this should be by the professor of nominating university.
- Furthermore, you must be pursuing his first doctoral degree.

- You’re required to submit well formatted and detailed research proposals.
- And all degrees, certifications, and transcripts are also needed. This is for the online application.
Other supporting documents may include a motivation letter. And statement of purpose and resume.

- CCV account – Here you are required to create an account first. And then it will help you to create your resume.
- Also, ResearchNet account – This is the second account applicants will create. And this is where they will be able to submit their scholarship application by uploading all the required documents
