Criteria:
- Legal residents of Canada and United States
- Have reached sixteen (16) years of age at the time of entry
- Currently enrolled full-time in their senior year (or final year) in a North American secondary institution or are currently enrolled full-time in a post-secondary institution (excluding institutions within Quebec).
