Seneca’s Business Administration – Financial Planning three-year advanced diploma puts you in demand with the financial planning expertise that employers demand. Develop in-depth knowledge of personal and financial planning that includes: personal taxation, estate planning, retirement planning, insurance, investment strategies and risk management. During the program you’ll have the opportunity to write professional certifications to give you that extra edge to be competitive in the marketplace.
BAF students must obtain a minimum grade of C in FIS 403 and EAC 594 and a grade of B in RFC 121 to be eligible for Semester 5, and must maintain a minimum GPA of 2.7 each semester to remain in the program. If you fail to maintain a GPA of at least 2.7, you may be withdrawn or recommended to transfer to another program.
Eligibility:
- Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) or equivalent with:
- Grade 12 English: ENG4(C) or ENG4(U)
- Grade 12 Mathematics: (C) or (U) or Grade 11 Mathematics: (U) or (M)
- OR Mature Student Status (age 19 or older) with the above prerequisite course(s), their equivalent(s), or appropriate Academic and Career Entrance (ACE) Certificate program credits.
