Entering students who have applied for the President’s, Lincoln Alexander Chancellor’s or Chancellors’ Scholarships who
are interviewed, but not successful in the competition with demonstrated financial need. Additionally, students must meet
the government-mandated terms for receipt of an OSOTF award (see General Statements on Awards)
